The occasions we hold.

Six shapes of a celebration — and what's already taken care of for each one.

Chapter · 03

One ceremony a day. Whatever the shape — wedding, convention, milestone — the building is held for one family from morning to last guest.

Weddings & Nikahs

Full-day exclusive. Mandap, mehndi corner, baraat-friendly entry. Ladies' and gents' halls partitioned if your tradition requires.

The shape we know best. Hindu weddings on the mandap, Muslim nikahs on the same stage transformed — we have hosted both in the same week and dressed the room differently for each. The kitchen handles veg sadya and non-veg biryani in parallel without one bottleneck.

The bridal suite is yours from 6 AM. The stage is dressed by 10. Guests in by 11.30. Ceremony to the minute. Sadya at 2. Reception lighting up at 6.30. Last farewell at 11.

What's already included
  • Full-day building, sunrise to last guest
  • Bridal suite held quiet from 6 AM
  • LED-ready stage, full chandelier
  • Baraat-friendly main gate access
  • Sadya plated by hand on banana leaves
  • Veg + non-veg in same kitchen, no charge
  • Partitioned ladies'/gents' halls on request
  • Mehndi corner with floor seating

The Reception.

Evening setups. Curated lighting, hand-threaded florals, a wide photo backdrop ready for the cinematographer.

The most photographed shape of a Thrissur wedding. The hall is fully transformed for the evening — uplights warming the walls, stage florals built up overnight, the backdrop rolled out and the lighting designer's plot signed off before 4 PM.

The couple's entry is on a remote-trigger lighting cue. The PA carries the speeches to the last row. The dance floor extends into the dining pavilion late in the night — the partition rolls back and the room becomes one again.

What's already included
  • Stage lighting plot — uplights, wash, key
  • Wide photo / cinema backdrop rod
  • Wireless PA + 4 mics + DJ rig
  • Couple's entry on remote light cue
  • Dance floor — polished marble
  • Live counter station next to pavilion
  • Dessert table with marble plinths
  • Coordinator on shift, 4 PM to close

Engagements.

Intimate half-day formats. The main hall partitioned, candlelit dining, a small ring-ceremony plinth on the stage.

An engagement does not need a 600-seat hall — but it does need the warmth of one. We partition the Grand Hall to a 200-guest format with a soft fabric divider, drop the ceiling lighting one stop, and bring in marble plinths and candles for the centre tables.

The ring plinth sits at the front of the stage — a raised marble disc with two side seats. Cake table on the right, family seating on the left. The kitchen runs a smaller menu and the building closes by 10.

What's already included
  • Half-day exclusive (4 PM to 10 PM)
  • Hall partitioned to 200-guest format
  • Marble ring-ceremony plinth
  • Candle centrepieces, hand-laid
  • Set menu (curated for the scale)
  • Cake table with three-tier plinth
  • Family lounge (side hall)
  • Coordinator on shift

Conventions.

Conferences, association meets, product launches. Theatre-format seating, full A/V rig, green rooms behind stage.

Corporate organisations in the Thrissur district keep their annual convention with us — the room converts in four hours from a wedding the night before. Nothing carries over but the freshly polished floor.

Theatre format seats 600 in arc rows. The stage holds a 6-panel LED wall and a full projection screen. Green rooms behind the stage. A dedicated speakers' lounge. A separate registration desk in the entrance hall.

What's already included
  • Theatre arc rows — 600 seats
  • LED-wall ready stage (6-panel)
  • Projection drop screen
  • Green rooms backstage
  • Speakers' lounge
  • Registration desk, entrance hall
  • Lapel + handheld + headset mics
  • Coordinator + tech operator on shift

Corporate Galas.

Year-ends, awards nights, dealer meets — staged like an event, fed like a wedding, run like clockwork.

The Thrissur corporate sector takes its galas seriously. We run them with the same discipline as a wedding — entry list at the door, no overflow, the room held to the headcount.

Banquet seating in rounds of 10. A walking dinner stage between awards. The night closes with a live counter — biryani, kebabs, dessert plinth — and a DJ set. Same room, every brand gets a different look.

What's already included
  • Banquet — rounds of 10, custom layout
  • Awards stage with mic pickup zones
  • Branded backdrop printing in-house
  • Walking dinner setup
  • Live counters — biryani, kebabs, dessert
  • Branded entry hoarding
  • Photographer-friendly lighting plot
  • DJ rig + closing set

Milestones.

50th anniversaries, 60th birthdays, the first birthday — bespoke décor, themed cake plinths, live counters.

The most personal shape. A 50th wedding anniversary has a different rhythm than a wedding — the couple's children planning it, the photo display walking guests through five decades, the menu a memory exercise.

We dedicate one coordinator to milestone events from the first call. The cake plinth is built to the theme. Family photo archives are printed for display. The favourite-dish revival menu is discussed and agreed before the day.

What's already included
  • Dedicated coordinator from first call
  • Bespoke décor consultation
  • Themed cake plinth, custom-built
  • Family photo display wall
  • Memory menu — favourite-dish revival
  • Live counters — your choice of cuisine
  • Speech mic, family timeline projection
  • Quiet farewell — building closes 10 PM
